Our client, a prestigious organization in the arts andculture sector, is seeking a Senior Education Manager will beresponsible for driving the strategic growth, planning, and execution ofeducational and community engagement programs. This role ensures that allinitiatives align with national education and cultural objectives, as well asinternational best practices in arts education, cultural development, andcreative learning. The position involves managing programs, partnerships, andbudgets to ensure measurable impact and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developand implement the department’s strategic plan for education and communityprograms in line with the organization’s long-term vision.
• Establishclear objectives, KPIs, and milestones to measure progress and impact.
• Introduceinnovative approaches to arts and cultural education, integrating digitallearning and international best practices.
• Buildand maintain strategic partnerships with educational institutions, culturalorganizations, and government entities.
• Strengthenthe organization’s presence in regional and international networks, fosteringcross-sector collaborations.
• Collaborateclosely with internal departments such as Programming, Cultural Affairs, andMarketing to enhance outreach and visibility.
• Overseethe department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective program delivery and financialaccountability.
• Collaboratewith the Finance team on forecasting, expenditure tracking, and resourceallocation.
• Ensurethat all financial planning supports long-term departmental goals andsustainability.
• Supervisethe planning, execution, and evaluation of education and community initiatives.
• Monitorprogram performance through data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
• Ensurecontinuous improvement through regular review and refinement of strategies.
• Leadand mentor the Education and Community Outreach team to achieve excellence andinnovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’sor Master’s degree in Arts, Education, Cultural Management, or a related field.
• Minimumof 10 years of experience in leadership roles within arts education, culturalmanagement, or community engagement.
• Successfulimplementation of the strategic plan with measurable outcomes.
• Effectivefinancial management and resource optimization
• Strategicplanning and policy integration.
• Strongleadership and stakeholder management.
• Provenfinancial and operational management skills.
