Senior Manager – Electrical
We\u2019re Hiring: Senior Manager – Electrical | Dubai, UAE
Talent Tide is partnering with a leading Dubai-based real estate developer to hire a client-side Senior Manager – Electrical. You'll lead the electrical scope on major residential, hospitality and mixed-use developments, from concept to handover.
What you'll do:
- Lead electrical design reviews at the concept, schematic, tender and IFC stages
- Manage and challenge MEP consultants and contractors
- Drive DEWA/SEWA, SIRA and ICT/telecom approvals and NOCs
- Support tenders, technical evaluations and pre-award activities
- Oversee shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, testing, commissioning, energization and handover
- Flag programme, procurement and resource risks early, across several projects at once
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering
- 12+ years of experience, ideally with strong UAE exposure
- A mix of design, contracting and developer/client-side delivery
- End-to-end project experience from early design through handover
- Currently based in the UAE
Developer-side background is preferred. Strong design-and-build or MEP contractor profiles with client-facing and handover experience are also welcome.
