Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant for a Senior Manager-level role to lead and coordinate the Asset Tagging Project. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, PMO governance, stakeholder coordination, monitoring, reporting, and delivery, ensuring the project is completed efficiently within the agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, coordination, governance, monitoring, and delivery of the Asset Tagging Project.
- Manage PMO activities, including project schedules, milestones, progress tracking, risk management, and reporting.
- Oversee fixed asset management and asset tagging activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution across multiple workstreams.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
- Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, track action items, and ensure timely resolution of project dependencies.
- Drive project deliverables independently, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
Mandatory Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in PMO, fixed asset management, asset tagging, finance-led projects, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
- Experience handling multiple stakeholders and workstreams at a Senior Manager level.
- Strong project planning, analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of project deliverables.
- Must be available to join as per the agreed mobilization timeline.
