Own the integrityof TFG's books across all entities – a timely monthly close, reliable MIS, andfull tax and audit compliance – while leading key finance projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close acrossall entities and modules; review trial balances and MIS with each regionalaccountant and present results to the Group Finance Head
• Ensure accuracy of the generalledger, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, inventory, fixed assets andintercompany balances
• Oversee VAT, corporate tax,income tax, GST and statutory audits in all countries, working with Tax &Compliance and external consultants; manage the GCC tax consultant
• Lead the UAE e-invoicingimplementation
• Clean up legacy books and leadthe split of UAE operations into four entities in SAP Business One
• Build SOPs, processes andinternal controls across finance
• Review that sales and purchaseinvoices, credit notes and taxes are booked correctly
• Lead and develop the regionalaccounts teams across locations
• Other finance projects asassigned by the Group Finance Head

Targets are starting points; adjust to the business baseline.

KPI

• Month-end close – all entities (TBand MIS in group format)
• By the 5th working day
• Monthly group MIS reviewed andpresented to Group Finance Head
• By the 7th working day
• VAT, Corporate Tax, Income Tax andGST returns – all countries
• 100% filed on time, no penalties
• Statutory audits
• Closed well before deadline, nosignificant findings
• AR and AP reconciliations (customeraccounts, supplier statements)
• 100% monthly; no unreconciled itemsolder than 60 days
• Bank and balance sheetreconciliations
• 100% completed and reviewed everymonth
• Intercompany balances
• Agreed across entities every month
• UAE e-invoicing
• Live by the regulatory go-live date
• SOPs and approval matrix for key finance processes
• Documented and in use

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant with 8–10years' post-qualification experience
• Hands-on month-end close,statutory audit and multi-entity reporting under IFRS
• Strong UAE VAT and CorporateTax knowledge; GST exposure an advantage
• Experience in a multi-countrytrading or distribution business preferred
• ERP experience, ideally SAPBusiness One; ERP or e-invoicing implementation a plus
• Proven team leadership acrosslocations; strong communication with senior stakeholders

Working conditions

Based in Dubai,working with finance teams across time zones, with extended hours aroundmonth-end, audits and tax deadlines.
