Job Description / Role:

Talent Tide is hiring a client-side Senior Manager – Mechanical for a leading Dubai-based real estate developer. You’ll lead the mechanical scope across large-scale developments, from concept to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and manage mechanical designs from concept through tender and construction
• Manage MEP consultants, contractors and specialist suppliers
• Lead approvals with Dubai Municipality, DCD and DEWA
• Provide technical input on tenders, contractor selection and pre-award activities
• Review shop drawings, material submittals and RFIs
• Lead testing, commissioning and handover across several projects at once

Experience Required:

• 12+ years of experience, with strong UAE/GCC exposure
• 3–4+ years of design consultancy or design-review experience, plus solid contracting experience
• End-to-end delivery from concept through handover
• Currently based in the UAE
• Developer-side experience is preferred. Strong MEP contractor candidates with good design-management exposure will also be considered.

Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
