A sneak peek into the role:

Seclore is looking for an experienced Regional Marketing Lead to build and execute our Marketing strategy across the Middle East and Africa.

This is a high-ownership role combining regional demand generation, field marketing, channel marketing and strategic account engagement.

You will work closely with regional Sales leadership, partners and the global Marketing team to strengthen Seclore's market presence, engage priority accounts and contribute to pipeline growth.

We are looking for someone who can independently manage the regional Marketing engine – from planning and budgeting to execution and measurement.

Here's what you will get to explore: Regional Marketing Strategy

• Develop quarterly and annual Marketing plans aligned with regional revenue priorities.
• Identify priority markets, industries, accounts and buyer personas.
• Translate global positioning into regionally relevant campaigns and programs.
• Partner with Sales leadership on account-based marketing and strategic initiatives.

Field Marketing & Demand Generation

• Own regional events, executive roundtables, conferences, webinars and customer engagement programs.
• Develop integrated campaigns to generate and accelerate pipeline.
• Collaborate with Sales and LDR teams to ensure effective lead follow-up and conversion.
• Evaluate Marketing programs based on account engagement, pipeline contribution and ROI.
• Develop joint Marketing programs with distributors, resellers and technology partners.
• Support partner-led events, campaigns and demand-generation initiatives.
• Manage market development funds and partner Marketing investments.
• Collaborate with Channel Sales on partner enablement and co-marketing opportunities.

Marketing Operations & Execution

• Manage regional Marketing budgets, agencies and vendors.
• Coordinate with global Product Marketing, Brand and Demand Generation teams.
• Establish consistent campaign reporting and performance measurement.
• Ensure programs adhere to Seclore's brand standards.

Skills & Experience that we value:

• 7-10 years of B2B Marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity, enterprise software or SaaS.
• Strong experience in Middle East field and channel marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage regional Marketing programs and budgets.
• Experience working with enterprise Sales teams and channel ecosystems.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing, CRM and Marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience across Saudi Arabia and the UAE is particularly desirable.
