Security Strategy Maturity Governance
Lead the development and execution of security enhancement initiatives to address identified gaps in security maturity

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
10+ years of experience in security operations and risk management, preferably within industrial or critical infrastructure environments
At least 5–7 years in managerial roles
SKILLS
Strong knowledge of physical and personnel security frameworks
Experience in insider risk management and access control systems
Knowledge of regulatory and national security requirements
Ability to manage sensitive and high-risk scenarios
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in complex, multi-site environments
Proficiency in security systems and digital monitoring tools
