- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Strategy team to determine where marketing funding should be allocated and to assess the business impact of each campaign.
- Upper-Funnel Growth: Develop and lead upper-funnel marketing initiatives (brand awareness, consideration) with a clear line of sight to how they translate into downstream conversion.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to track what competitors are offering, identifying gaps and opportunities to keep Kavak's proposition sharp and differentiated.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media and / or Social Media
- 3–5 years of experience running online, offline, and multimedia marketing campaigns.
- Strong attention to detail, with a rigorous approach to campaign execution and AI reporting.
