Senior Marketing Specialist – Digital & Growth (Arabic-speaking)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced marketing professional to drive digital campaigns, strengthen brand visibility, and deliver measurable business growth across our platforms.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will translate marketing strategy into effective campaigns and oversee the daily work of designers and media buyers. This role requires strong commercial awareness, creative judgment, and hands‑on expertise in digital and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
• Oversee designers and media buyers, setting clear briefs, priorities, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels.
• Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, conversions, retention, and engagement.
• Guide creative concepts, advertising messages, content calendars, and campaign production.
• Review and proofread Arabic content to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and relevance to the target audience.
• Monitor advertising expenditure within approved budgets and recommend adjustments to improve results.
• Analyse campaign performance, including return on advertising spend, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates.
• Present performance reports and actionable recommendations to the Marketing Manager.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams on launches, promotions, and business growth initiatives.
• Monitor competitors, customer behaviour, and market trends to identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate with agencies, influencers, and external production partners when required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, with substantial experience in digital marketing, performance campaigns, and campaign leadership.
• Experience with a leading e-commerce business, digital marketplace, established service‑based company, or IT/technology company is essential.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, including excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven experience overseeing designers and media buyers, assigning work, reviewing deliverables, and monitoring performance.
• Demonstrated success delivering measurable results in customer acquisition, lead generation, or revenue growth.
• Strong practical knowledge of paid advertising, social media, content marketing, SEO, and marketing analytics.
• Ability to evaluate both creative quality and campaign performance.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to deliver multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining close alignment with the Marketing Manager.

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of Qatar and GCC markets.
• Experience marketing mobile applications, online marketplaces, or digital service platforms.
• Experience supporting multiple brands.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
