Oversee and coordinate metering engineering plans and activities, providing technical expertise on equipment integrity and collaborating with teams to ensure safe, seamless Operations Expansion & Start Up project start-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement metering plans, standards, and specifications for OES projects.
- Integrate metering systems with cross-functional teams and facility designs.
- Oversee installation, calibration, testing, and audits of metering devices.
- Ensure equipment integrity, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Support contracts, tenders, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
- Conduct risk assessments focused on safety, reliability, and environmental compliance.
- Apply emerging technologies to optimize metering and project start-ups.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation or Electronics Engineering.
- 6+ years’ experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, process, or power plants.
- 4+ years in flow measurement and metering.
- Proficient in engineering software for flow measurement (e.g., Kelton, S600).
- Knowledge of ISO standards for flow measurement.
Skills and Competencies
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and relevant engineering software.
- Experienced with Meridium or similar data management systems.
