Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to work as a Resident Engineer supporting a business-critical banking environment. The candidate must be highly hands‑on, able to operate the network independently, and experienced in troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure.
- Manage and support Switching, Routing, SD-WAN, and IP Voice .
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and resolve network issues.
- Configure and support Cisco, Huawei, and HPE network technologies.
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
- Handle critical incidents and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- Perform network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Maintain network documentation and operational procedures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise network operations experience.
- Strong hands‑on experience in Switching & Routing, SD-WAN, and IP Voice .
- Experience with Cisco, Huawei, and/or HPE .
- Banking/financial‑sector experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a business‑critical environment.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain additional relevant certifications within the first 3 months .
