Senior Officer – Talent Acquisition (Emirati National)

A prominent semi-government entity is looking to appoint a Senior Officer Talent Acquisition to support nationalization strategy and high-volume recruitment initiatives. The role will focus on end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate functions with strong exposure to Emiratization programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
  
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower planning requirements.
  
• Drive Emiratization and national workforce development initiatives.
  
• Screen interview and shortlist candidates across multiple job families.
  
• Support employer branding career fairs and graduate development programs.
  
• Maintain recruitment reports dashboards and compliance documentation.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
  
• 47 years of experience in talent acquisition preferably in large organizations.
  
• Prior exposure to Emiratization programs and government/semi-government environments is a strong advantage.
  
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
