Compensation: $90,000–$130,000 per year + competitive performance-based structure

About the Practice & Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional, specialized Senior Physical Therapist to step into an established, thriving role at an elite outpatient manual therapy practice in Nashville .

This position fills an immediate need for an expert in Female Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, Spine Care, and Advanced Dry Needling .

The practice operates on a private-pay, out-of-network, concierge model and intentionally moves away from the traditional insurance-driven, high-volume environment to prioritize uncompromised, high-level patient care.

Clinicians work in an unhurried, one-on-one treatment setting, spending a full 60-minute session with each patient rather than juggling multiple patients at once. This model provides the time and focus necessary for individualized treatment, continuity of care, and strong patient relationships.

This highly specialized role offers substantial clinical autonomy and the opportunity to own, deliver, and evolve a specialized medical niche within pelvic health, spine rehabilitation, advanced dry needling, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercise.

The clinician will step into an established, thriving, active patient caseload with a strong focus on pelvic floor, spine, and dry needling care. There is no need to build a patient base from scratch.

The practice serves an affluent, highly motivated, and loyal Nashville clientele . A talented administrative and marketing team manages business logistics, scheduling, and operations so the clinician can focus on clinical excellence, patient relationships, outcomes, and case retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and obtain detailed medical histories.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for complex pelvic health conditions, spinal disorders, and musculoskeletal pathologies.
• Provide specialized Female Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy .
• Provide advanced treatment for complex spinal and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Safely and effectively perform advanced dry needling as a core treatment modality for pain management and neuromusculoskeletal rehabilitation.
• Utilize expert-level manual therapy techniques and individualized therapeutic exercise programming.
• Conduct dedicated, uninterrupted 60-minute, one-on-one treatment sessions .
• Independently manage patient schedules and personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain ownership of individual patient care while collaborating within a multidisciplinary office environment.
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with a premium, discerning patient population .
• Maintain highly professional communication with patients through phone, email, and text .
• Support strong case retention through high-quality care, consistent communication, and relationship-building.
• Complete precise and efficient documentation using a cloud-based digital medical records system .

Required Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Physical Therapy License in the State of Tennessee .
• Direct clinical expertise in Female Pelvic Floor Therapy .
• Level 1/2+ pelvic health coursework .
• Direct clinical expertise in complex spinal rehabilitation .
• Certification in advanced dry needling .
• Extensive hands-on experience performing advanced dry needling.
• Expert-level manual therapy skills .
• Strong therapeutic exercise design capabilities.
• Exceptional bedside manner.
• Natural relationship-building capabilities.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial and growth-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 5–10+ years of outpatient clinical experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in a private-pay, cash-pay, boutique, or concierge practice model is an excellent advantage.
• Coursework through the Integrative Dry Needling (IDN) Institute is highly preferred.
• Additional certifications or credentials in the following areas are a strong plus:
• Pilates

• IPA
