Stage 02
60-90 minutes on craft — system design, product reasoning, design review, or commercial qualification depending on the role.
Stage 03
A short, paid take-home or a live pairing session anchored in a real problem from the team you'd join.
Stage 04
Meet two or three future teammates, ask hard questions about the company, and — if both sides are convinced — receive an offer.
