We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Digital Health team and lead the development of customer-facing digital health and e-commerce solutions. This role is ideal for a customer-focused solution-driven professional who can translate business and user needs into scalable impactful digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery ideation and development to launch and continuous optimization
- Drive the strategy and execution of e-commerce and omni-channel digital products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering design marketing and business stakeholders
- Identify customer pain points and deliver data-driven user-centric solutions
- Leverage AI / GenAI capabilities to enhance product offerings and customer experience
- Monitor product performance analyze metrics and implement improvements
- Ensure alignment with overall business goals and digital health strategy
Requirements
- Product Management experience preferably within UAE/GCC
- Proven experience in customer-facing digital products and e-commerce platforms
- Strong understanding of ecosystem
- Experience or exposure to AI / GenAI applications in digital products
- Demonstrated expertise across the full product lifecycle
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage complexity and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) is an added advantage
