Chord Design Studio is a remote architecture and interiors firm focused on highly detailed, financially controlled, well-coordinated projects. Our work includes hospitality, restaurants, breweries, wineries, boutique hotels, aviation, multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, and select custom residential projects. We operate with direct communication, high standards, and strong project ownership so our clients, consultants, and internal team know what needs to happen next.
We Value: Balance, Transparency, Innovation
As the newest member of our talented team, you will play a vital role in directing projects through design, documentation, and coordination. You're a licensed architect with 12+ years of project leadership and project management. You catch coordination issues early, push consultants for real answers, and give clients straight information. You're comfortable being the face of a project — delivering good news and hard news the same way, and holding your ground when scope, schedule, or budget need protecting. You know when a technical issue calls for the CEO's involvement, and you see that as good judgment, not a limitation. If you're ready for a role where your judgment, follow-through, and project ownership set the standard for the team around you, let's talk!
You Value: Leadership, Predictability, Quality
