Description: Dabur is seeking an experienced Senior Purchase Officer to oversee raw material procurement operations at its manufacturing facility in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This role centers on managing end-to-end purchasing workflows, building strong vendor relationships, and securing raw materials to ensure continuous production output. The successful candidate will lead supplier negotiations, execute purchase orders, monitor inventory stock levels, and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams including Planning, Production, Warehouse, and Quality Control.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end procurement and purchasing workflows for manufacturing raw materials.
• Issue purchase orders, negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers, and track delivery timelines.
• Build, evaluate, and maintain long-term vendor and supplier partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams to prevent material shortages and operational downtime.
• Maintain complete procurement documentation and update inventory records within enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: 6 to 7 years of specialized experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management; Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Engineering; personal care industry experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Advanced hands-on proficiency in SAP and ERP procurement modules, inventory planning tools, and office software.
• Key Competencies: Raw material sourcing, vendor negotiation, contract management, supply chain coordination, and stock level planning.
