Title: Senior Recruiter

Duration: 6-12 + Month contract with high Possibilities of extension/Conversion

Location: Lake County - Hybrid Required - M/F Remote - T/W/TH Onsite

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned teams/functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on staffing needs and recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source and develop qualified talent pools.
• Conduct candidate screening and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Manage multiple requisitions and maintain accurate information in Taleo ATS .
• Track recruiting metrics and communicate progress and results to stakeholders.
• Support offer preparation, including market and compensation research.
• Provide talent-market insights, industry trends, and recruiting analytics.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company recruiting policies.
• Support recruiting projects and process improvements as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5+ years of recruiting experience; 7+ years preferred.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting and proactive sourcing experience.
• Excellent stakeholder and hiring-manager management skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, competitive recruiting environment.
• Strong communication and business partnership skills.
• Taleo ATS experience preferred.
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or life sciences recruiting experience strongly preferred.
