• Conduct consultative, technically informed conversations with CFD/CAE engineers and R&D decision-makers to map their meshing and simulation challenges to Grid Pro's capabilities.
• Coordinate software evaluations and trial engagements alongside application and support engineers.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close license and support agreements to meet and exceed quotas.
• Build and maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast in the Hub Spot CRM, reporting progress against targets.
• Represent Grid Pro at industry conferences, trade shows, and technical seminars to build brand presence and generate leads.
• Gather market and competitive intelligence, and share customer feedback with product and marketing teams.

• A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a solution-selling environment.
• Comfort engaging engineers on technical topics
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage a territory independently
• Ability to work flexible hours for coverage of international markets
Nice to Have
• Prior experience selling or applying CFD, meshing, or simulation software (e.g., exposure to tools used in aerospace, turbomachinery, or automotive CAE workflows).
• An existing network within the global engineering, aerospace, automotive, or energy sectors.
• Experience working with a global software vendor and channel/reseller partners.
