About the Role

The Sales Senior Executive is responsible for achieving sales growth by leading and motivating sales teams and channel partners. The role includes developing and executing sales plans, driving customer acquisition, agent productivity, and market share within the assigned area. It oversees daily sales operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet sales targets while ensuring kiosk portability, and focuses on protecting and expanding counter share in mass market outlets by identifying growth opportunities, negotiating, and closing new sales while maintaining strong partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to deliver targets across Post-paid, Prepaid, Recharge, and home products.
• Drive customer acquisition, agent productivity, and consistent sales performance across daily operations.
• Protect and grow counter share by identifying, negotiating, and closing new sales opportunities, including with mass market retailers.
• Lead, train, and review the performance of sales teams to maintain a high-performing, well-incentivized workforce.
• Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform sales strategy and leadership recommendations.
• Build relationships with property developers, real estate partners, and retail chains to grow home product penetration.
• Oversee kiosk operations, ensuring service quality, target achievement, and portability.
• Use data insights to optimize channel sales plans and improve conversion.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Valid driving licence
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in sales, preferably in telecommunications.
• 3-5 years of experience in Qatar, with strong knowledge of the assigned area (preferred).
• Proven track record in sales and distribution management.
• Strong relationships within the real estate sector to drive home product penetration.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
