About Us
ProSync Infotech Private Limited is a New Delhi–based Amazon e-commerce education and enablement company. We have trained 25,000+ Amazon sellers through our programmes and manage end-to-end Amazon account services for a growing portfolio of brands. Our sales team converts warm, inbound interest generated through content, webinars, summits and social media into paying members and clients.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can confidently close over calls. You will handle inbound and follow-up leads for our education programmes and client services, understand what the seller actually needs, and recommend the right offering. Leads come to you warm — your job is to convert them.
What you will be selling:
- Platinum Membership — our flagship high-ticket mentorship programme
- Plug and Play Programme — done-with-you e-commerce launch programme
- Amazon Courses — seller training and skill-based course offerings
- Client Services — Amazon account management, listing, advertising and brand growth services
Key Responsibilities
Lead Handling & Conversion
- Call, qualify and convert inbound leads from webinars, summits, Instagram, WhatsApp and website enquiries
- Understand the prospect's business stage, category and budget before pitching

- Follow up consistently on open leads until a clear yes or no
- Maintain accurate lead status, call notes and pipeline updates in CRM/Sheets daily

- Coordinate with the account management team for client-services deals to ensure the scope promised is the scope delivered
- Share recurring objections and lead-quality feedback with the marketing team
Reporting
- Submit daily call reports — dials, connects, follow-ups, closures
- Track and report personal conversion rate and average ticket size
- Participate in weekly sales reviews with numbers ready
Requirements
Must Have
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (inside sales, tele-sales, EdTech, B2B services or high-ticket sales preferred)
- Proven closing record — please be ready to share your monthly target vs achievement
- Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English
- Comfortable with a high volume of outbound and follow-up calls
- Basic working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools
- Target-driven mindset with the discipline to follow up without being reminded
Good to Have
- Experience selling courses, memberships, coaching or high-ticket programmes
- Basic understanding of Amazon, e-commerce or D2C business models
- Experience with WhatsApp-based sales and lead nurturing
Soft Skills
- Listens before pitching — able to diagnose the prospect's actual problem
- Handles rejection without losing momentum
- Honest in what is promised to the client
- Coachable and open to script and process feedback
What we offer
- Warm inbound leads — no cold database calling
- Uncapped performance incentives on top of fixed salary
- Direct exposure to the founder and senior leadership
