- Orchestrate cross-functional solution design with Sales, Customer Success, Talent Management, Finance, Legal, and Operations, ensuring propositions are differentiated, deliverable, and commercially sound.
- Develop and present compelling business cases, proposals, and executive presentations that articulate value, return on investment, commercial logic, and implementation confidence.
- Lead complex negotiations across scope, commercials, service levels, risk, and contract terms, maintaining client trust while protecting margin and governance standards.
- Act as a customer advocate by bringing client insight into solution development, mobilizing internal support, and setting clear expectations that enable long-term value realization.
Pipeline Management & Reporting:
- Maintain rigorous CRM discipline, complete opportunity data, and clear next-step ownership across all active accounts and deals.
- Build and manage a balanced, stage-appropriate pipeline with sufficient coverage, prioritizing opportunities by strategic fit, value, probability, timing, and margin potential.
- Apply the agreed sales methodology and qualification framework consistently, using evidence-based deal reviews to identify risks, remove blockers, and improve conversion.
- Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts, clearly articulating assumptions, dependencies, decision paths, and recovery actions.
- Use data, market intelligence, and AI-enabled sales tools to improve account prioritisation, research, outreach personalization, pipeline insight, and forecast quality while applying appropriate judgement and data safeguards.
- Provide actionable insight on market trends, competitors, buying behaviour, customer needs, and proposition gaps to inform commercial strategy and portfolio development.
Governance & Collaboration:
- Operate within the delegation of authority, pricing, margin, contractual, compliance, and ethical frameworks; escalate exceptions early and with clear recommendations.
- Lead internal deal governance for priority opportunities, aligning stakeholders on win strategy, solution, commercials, risks, approvals, and responsibilities.
- Coordinate a disciplined handover to Customer Success and delivery teams, ensuring commitments, assumptions, risks, success measures, and stakeholder expectations are documented and understood.
- Partner effectively across functions and geographies to mobilize expertise, remove barriers, and present one integrated HeadFirst Global experience to the client.
- Share winning practices, market insight, and constructive coaching with colleagues, contributing to continuous improvement in sales capability, process, and performance.
