Role Description The Senior Sales Representative QSR will manage and grow key accounts within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) segment in Dubai. This full-time on-site role involves identifying new business opportunities maintaining strong relationships with existing QSR clients and driving sales of Searas poultry and prepared food portfolio. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings negotiating pricing and contracts coordinating product availability and delivery with internal teams and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The role also requires preparing sales forecasts and reports collaborating with marketing and supply chain to support QSR campaigns and ensuring that customer service standards and food safety requirements are consistently met.

Qualifications

• Strong QSR and foodservice sales skills including account management business development and contract negotiation within the F&B industry.
• Solid knowledge of poultry and prepared food products including basic understanding of production quality and food safety standards.
• Proficiency in sales planning and reporting with the ability to analyze data track KPIs and prepare accurate forecasts.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills including stakeholder management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in the UAE market preferably in Dubai with established contacts in QSR chains or major foodservice operators.
• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Food Science or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site visit client locations regularly and adapt to a fast-paced target-driven environment.
