Noqodi, the payments and SME services arm of Emaratech, is seeking an experienced Head of SME Sales in Dubai. You will own the SME acquiring P&L, drive merchant onboarding, and lead a large field sales team including outsourced partners to boost TPV and revenue.
Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in UAE SME or merchant acquiring sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, fluency in English, and a track record of managing third-party agents and complex incentive plans.
