We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head - IT Staffing & Managed Services to lead business growth, drive client acquisition, expand strategic accounts, and oversee IT staffing, manpower outsourcing, and managed operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development, revenue growth, and new client acquisition.
- Lead IT staffing, manpower outsourcing, and managed services operations.
- Build strong client relationships and drive account retention and expansion.
- Manage proposals, tenders, commercial negotiations, and sales pipelines.
- Oversee service delivery, SLAs, KPIs, quality, and operational performance.
- Manage budgets, revenue, gross profit, forecasts, and profitability.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams.Ensure contractual compliance, risk management, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify cross-selling, upselling, and new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of relevant operations or project management experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large teams and client accounts.
- Strong experience in IT staffing, manpower outsourcing, managed services, or service delivery.
- Proven track record in business development, revenue growth, and client relationship management.
- Expertise in financial management, commercial negotiations, SLAs/KPIs, and operational excellence.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills.
