The Senior Strategy and Data Analyst supports the Office of Institutional Planning and Effectiveness (OIPE) by developing and maintaining various institutional dashboards and administering and facilitating KPIs-based performance review of all academic and non-academic units. The role involves analyzing institutional data, summarizing evidence-based results, drawing conclusions, suggesting remedial actions for continuous improvement, evaluating resulting improvements, and writing relevant reports.
The position reports to the Executive Director of OIPE and has no supervisory responsibilities. The work is performed in a typical interior/office work environment, with no or very limited physical effort or risk. The position may entail work after duty hours, on weekends, holidays, and in emergency situations.
