SKILLS
Shall possess strong analytical base and structural analysis & design knowledge.
Advanced proficiency in ETABS SAFE.
Knowledge of STAAD and other structural software will be an added advantage.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for design calculations
Shall be positive and work towards getting to high level of competency in the engineering field and possess a natural insight for the structural behavior of buildings.
Conversant with relevant code of practices generally being used in the structural engineering industry like American British Standards etc.
Rely on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals performing variety of tasks simultaneously.
Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude to solve problems and work well with inter-office disciplines.
QUALIFICATION&EXPERIENCE
Masters degree in Structural Engineering
10 to 12 years of quality design experience with at least 5 years in a senior role.
Knowledge of local authority submission and approval workflows.
Preferred: Experience in high-rise and mixed-use residential projects. Experience with international consultants is a plus.
Preferred: Knowledge of sustainable design practices and processes.
Preferred: Expertise in advanced structural design techniques and materials.
