About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Senior System Analyst (L3) to join our technology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, integrating, troubleshooting, and supporting business-critical applications and systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and system analysis, with hands‑on expertise in XML, APIs, PostgreSQL, and database management systems (DBMS).
The ability to work effectively at an L3 senior support and technical resolution level is important. functional and non-functional requirements gathering from stakeholders
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business and system requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Design, develop, enhance, integrate, and maintain enterprise applications and systems.
- Provide L3-level technical support for critical applications, integrations, databases, and system-related issues.
- Investigate complex incidents, identify root causes, and implement permanent solutions.
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, QA, business, and other technical teams to resolve complex issues.
- Analyze API requests/responses, integration failures, data flows, authentication issues, and system communication problems.
- Develop, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain database queries and processes using PostgreSQL.
- Work with DBMS environments, including database design, data integrity, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Review application logs, system behavior, database activity, and integration of flows to diagnose technical issues.
- Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, integrations, migrations, and new technology implementations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, integration documentation, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Conduct impact analysis for system changes and ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Support testing, deployment, release management, and post-production validation.
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to junior and mid-level team members.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Of computer science, information technology or any related bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in System Analysis, Software Development, Application Support, or a related technical role.
- Proven experience working in the Real Estate industry is mandatory.
- Experience working at a Senior/L3 technical support or system analysis level.
- Strong practical experience in software development and application lifecycle management.
- Hands‑on expertise with XML and API technologies.
- Strong hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL/Postgres.
- Solid knowledge of Database Management Systems (DBMS).
- Strong understanding of system integration, data flow, APIs, application architecture, and troubleshooting.
- Experience diagnosing complex production issues and performing root-cause analysis.
- Ability to work independently on critical technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Must have a Valid UAE Emirates ID.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
