About Our Client

Key Responsibilities

• Develop patterns from sketches design concepts and reference images.
  
• Create and refine patterns for corsets bustiers structured bodices gowns and couture garments.
  
• Perform draping pattern modifications grading and technical adjustments.
  
• Construct prototypes samples and bespoke garments.
  
• Execute advanced tailoring and couture sewing techniques.
  
• Participate in fittings and implement necessary garment and pattern alterations.
  
• Analyze fit issues and provide technical construction solutions.
  
• Apply traditional and modern corsetry construction methods.
  
• Work with luxury fabrics embellishments and hand-finishing techniques.
  
• Ensure garments meet luxury quality and couture craftsmanship standards.
  
• Maintain pattern archives technical notes and garment documentation.
  
• Collaborate closely with design and atelier teams throughout the development process.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 58 years of experience in couture bridal wear evening wear luxury fashion tailoring or pattern making.
  
• Proven experience in corsetry and structured garment construction.
  
• Strong expertise in pattern making garment construction fittings and alterations.
  
• Ability to create patterns directly from sketches and design concepts.
  
• Strong understanding of garment balance silhouette development and body shaping.
  
• Experience working with luxury fabrics embellishments and couture finishing techniques.
  
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within a fast-paced atelier environment.
  
• Portfolio showcasing relevant couture bridal evening wear or corsetry work is preferred.
