Role Summary

OurShopee is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead senior-level hiring initiatives in the UAE and GCC markets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in talent acquisition, executive hiring, and the ability to identify and attract top professionals for critical leadership positions.

This role requires a hands-on recruitment professional with proven experience in closing Manager, Senior Manager, C-Suite, and senior leadership positions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing talent pipelines, conducting market research, and using effective sourcing strategies to support business growth.

Primary Duties

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for senior and leadership-level positions.
• Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates through headhunting, LinkedIn sourcing, and talent mapping.
• Build strong talent pipelines across UAE and GCC markets.
• Successfully close Manager, Senior Manager, C-Suite, and senior leadership roles.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver recruitment solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential candidates.
• Maintain a strong network of professional talent within relevant industries.

Candidate Profile

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (as estimated in source posting); 5+ years of UAE recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, with a proven track record of independently closing senior managerial and leadership positions.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong headhunting, LinkedIn sourcing, and talent mapping skills; strong knowledge of executive search and UAE/GCC talent acquisition strategies.
• Core Competencies: Fluent English communication skills (Hindi preferred); strong Dubai, UAE, and GCC hiring experience; senior Talent Acquisition background preferred.
