This search is run by LevelUP HCS on behalf of our client, a leading global bank, for an embedded Talent Acquisition position covering their Global Markets business in NYC.

• 5–10 years recruiting in financial services
• Front Office hiring experience (Global Markets, S&T, Capital Markets, or IB)
• Experience partnering with MDs, Business Heads, or Desk Heads — even if you're not yet operating at Lead/Director level
• Strong stakeholder management and executive presence
