The role combines hands-on program development with analytical and project-based responsibilities, supporting training needs assessment, curriculum development, employee onboarding, system testing, and continuous improvement of Talent Management services. As an experienced member of the Talent Management discipline, the specialist will also serve as a resource for less-experienced colleagues, applying practical and conceptual expertise to complex issues while working across Talent Management and related teams. Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Global People Services Management team and other stakeholders to identify employee training needs and coordinate appropriate training sessions.
• Develop programs and curricula for employee onboarding and on-the-job training.
• Assess training effectiveness and determine appropriate modifications where improvements are required.
• Provide support and coaching to new employees to help accelerate their onboarding.
• Design, create, maintain, and refresh training documentation.
• Develop processes for monitoring whether employees are carrying out their responsibilities in accordance with their training.
• Coordinate system testing associated with upgrades and enhancements, including organizing testing scripts, establishing tracking methods, and coordinating testers.
• Apply Talent Management knowledge and best practices to improve relevant services and processes.
• Support colleagues with less experience by sharing practical and conceptual expertise within the discipline.
• Address complex Talent Management issues while operating within established organizational guidelines and policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-7 years of HR and-or Talent Management experience.
• Bachelor 's Degree preferred.
• Experience working in a hands-on, project-driven environment.
• Experience with HR systems; Oracle experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience developing and implementing initiatives.
• Background in client-focused operations.
• Strong assessment and analytical capabilities.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and work effectively under pressure within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines while operating in a changing environment where adaptability and flexibility are essential.

Degree Equivalency Requirement

Successful candidates holding a degree will be required to provide a degree equivalency certificate issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (MoHESR). Candidates who do not already have the certificate are recommended to begin the process to help avoid delays during the offer and onboarding stages.
