Position & Role

We’re looking for a Sr visuslizer with 2-4 years of experience in an advertising agency to join our creative team. NOT LOOKING FOR 5+ YEARS STRICTLY.

• Campaigns, layouts and adaptations
• Packaging & brand communication
• Digital & social media creatives
• Print & outdoor
• Presentations and other creative requirements

What we’re looking for

• 2 TO 4 YEARS of advertising agency experience - STRICTLY NOT ABOVE THAT
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign
• Good understanding of typography, layout and visual communication
• Ability to interpret a brief and develop creative visual solutions
• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of AI design tools is an advantage

Qualifications

• Strong visualization skills, including the ability to interpret briefs and translate concepts into clear, impactful visual narratives.
• Proficiency in graphics and graphic design, with hands-on experience using Adobe suite - CANVA IS NOT CONSIDERED as a software skill here.
• Professional experience in advertising, brand communications, or a related creative field, ideally in an agency environment.
• Ability to work on-site in VILLIVAKKAM, Chennai, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage timelines in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong attention to detail, an eye for typography and color, and a portfolio demonstrating diverse design work and conceptual thinking.
• Relevant education in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
