Senior Wholesale Broker / Vice President opportunity

32.5% commission rising to 40% for top performers.

Potential equity participation for exceptional hires with a timeline in place for you to profit from this.

What if you could access the markets, resources, binding authority and national platform of one of the largest specialty wholesale brokers in the country, while still being rewarded like an entrepreneur?

And perhaps most importantly...

For the right individual, compensation can be structured so you're not taking a financial step backwards while making the initial move.

One of the biggest reasons successful Wholesale Producers stay put is the fear of rebuilding their personal income from scratch.

This leadership team understands that and is prepared to invest in proven talent and will structure a compensation package so that you do not take a step back financially.

This is an opportunity to join a leading specialty wholesale brokerage and binding authority platform in the US with:

• Extensive carrier relationships

• National scale and market presence

• Thousands of agency relationships

• Strong investment in producer growth

We're particularly interested in speaking with Wholesale Producers generating $500k-$1M+ in annual revenue, although exceptional individuals below this level will also be considered.

Areas of interest include:

• Transportation

• Property

• Casualty

• Workers Compensation

• Financial Lines

You could join another brokerage and become one of hundreds of producers.

Or you could join a platform with the market access, infrastructure and leadership support to help you accelerate your growth and earnings.

Whilst remote working is on offer, this firm have offices from coast to coast so we are looking to engage with individuals from across the country.

If you've built a book and are considering your next move, let's have a confidential conversation.
