Job Description:
As a Service Excellence Professional, you will support the global service organization by driving process improvement, KPI transparency, dashboard development, and data-driven decision-making across regions and functions. Your work will help standardize how we measure performance, identify process gaps, improve operational discipline, and enable stronger execution across the service business.
You will collaborate closely with global and regional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and Business Development to improve key performance areas such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), Quality Response Time (QRT), Order Entry, Revenue, Lead Time, and customer experience. You will also support digitalization and automation efforts by improving reporting structures, strengthening data quality, and helping convert manual processes into scalable tools and dashboards.
Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise.
