Service Now Senior Technical Consultant - HSE

We're looking for a Service Now Senior Technical Consultant - HSE to lead the design and delivery of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) solutions on the Service Now platform. In this role, you'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to automate safety processes, manage risk and compliance requirements, and drive enterprise-wide safety initiatives. What You'll Do Lead the implementation and optimization of Service Now HSE solutions Configure Incident Management, Hazard Reporting, Risk Assessments, Audits, Inspections, and Corrective Actions Design and improve workflows for incident reporting, risk mitigation, and compliance management Develop scalable solutions using Java , Glide API, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and compliance requirements Support integrations with HSE, HR, Io T, facilities, and enterprise systems Improve reporting, analytics, and safety visibility across the organization Stay up to date with Service Now HSE, Risk & Compliance, and Employee Workflow capabilities What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of Service Now implementation experience At least 4 years of experience with HSE, Risk, or Compliance solutions Strong understanding of HSE operations, incident management, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance Experience configuring Service Now HSE modules and workflows Strong knowledge of Java , Glide API, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub Experience leading technical delivery and working with cross-functional stakeholders Experience working in Agile environments Strong communication and problem-solving skills Nice to Have Service Now certifications such as CSA, CIS-Risk & Compliance, or CIS-ESM Experience designing enterprise-scale HSE solutions Integration experience with EHS, HR, risk, and compliance platforms Knowledge of Io T, facility management, and workplace safety technologies Experience in large enterprise or government environments #J-18808-Ljbffr
