Full-Time Shop Assistant (Morning & Evening Shifts opening) Art Box is a creative walk-in art destination offering pottery painting, tufting, canvas painting, mosaics, plaster painting, and other hands-on art experiences. We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join us. We are hiring immediately: Full Sponsorship Transfer Available Working Schedule 2 weeks per month: 6 working days per week 2 weeks per month: 5 working days per week Morning and evening shifts available Weekend and public holiday availability required Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers throughout their experience Explain activities, products, and services offered by Art Box Operate the POS system and process sales transactions Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards Assist with stock handling, displays, packaging, and customer collections Support daily shop operations and ensure excellent customer service at all times Requirements Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred Monthly team performance bonus based on sales targets Annual leave and employment benefits as per Qatar Labour Law Opportunity to work in a fun, creative, and growing environment
