Full-Time Shop Assistant (Morning & Evening Shifts opening)

Art Box – Msheireb Galleria Mall, Doha, Qatar

Art Box is a creative walk-in art destination offering pottery painting, tufting, canvas painting, mosaics, plaster painting, and other hands-on art experiences. We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join us.

We are hiring immediately:

• 2 Full-Time Morning Shift Shop Assistants
• 2 Full-Time Evening Shift Shop Assistants

Salary

QAR 2,000 per month

• Full Sponsorship Transfer Available
• Immediate Joining Preferred

Working Schedule

• Full-time position
• 7 hours per day
• Rotating schedule:
  • 2 weeks per month: 6 working days per week
  • 2 weeks per month: 5 working days per week
  • Morning and evening shifts available
  • Weekend and public holiday availability required

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout their experience
• Explain activities, products, and services offered by Art Box
• Operate the POS system and process sales transactions
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards
• Assist with stock handling, displays, packaging, and customer collections
• Support daily shop operations and ensure excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

• Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required
• Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred
