Role Overview
Rahaf & Ali Trading LLC is looking for Showroom Sales Executives to join its showroom team in Dubai. You’ll welcome customers, deliver an excellent buying experience, and hit your sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in the showroom professionally and understand their needs.
- Present products, explain features and benefits, and help customers choose.
- Close sales, issue invoices, and arrange delivery when needed.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Keep the showroom tidy and well merchandised.
- Monitor product availability on the floor and coordinate restocking with the warehouse.
- Record customer details and follow up to encourage repeat purchases.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, exchanges, and returns according to company policy.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree; minimum 1 year of experience in retail or showroom sales, preferably in the UAE.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Core Competencies: Professional appearance, outgoing personality, and strong communication and persuasion skills; fluent spoken Arabic and English; able to work shifts and weekends; currently residing in the UAE.
