Our client is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Engineer to join their team in the UAE The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities ensuring compliance with project requirements and leading site operations to achieve quality safety and time objectives
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site
- Interpret engineering drawings specifications and project documents
- Ensure compliance with project requirements quality standards and safety regulations
- Manage site personnel and subcontractors
- Monitor project progress quality and timelines
- Coordinate with project managers engineers and clients
- Identify and resolve site-related issues
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/site engineering
- Strong experience in site supervision, project coordination, and construction activities
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Relevant engineering degree/diploma
- Strong communication and leadership skills
