We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out to supervise and coordinate the execution of residential and commercial interior fit‑out projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, timely completion, and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities, installation teams, and subcontractors.
- Oversee interior fit‑out works, including joinery, doors, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, glass, and wall finishes .
- Conduct site measurements and verify installation requirements.
- Review technical drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, subcontractors, and project managers.
- Monitor project progress, quality, materials, and installation schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and execution issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports and ensure timely project handover.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field .
- 3–5 years of experience in interior fit‑out and joinery projects.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, finishing works, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience in luxury residential villas is highly preferred.
- Strong site supervision, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
- Valid Qatar driving license is preferred.
