Site Manager - Electrical

At Electra we need talented people that will share our strategy to be the obvious contracting partner for local amp international players who wish to set up an event within the GCC The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for supervising electrical installation maintenance and commissioning activities at the workshop and project sites The role ensures that electrical work is executed safely efficiently and according to approved drawings technical specifications and project timelines The Electrical Supervisor will lead electricians and technicians coordinate with site and technical teams and ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations

Key Responsibilities Supervision amp Operations

Supervise daily activities of electricians and technicians on-site and in the workshop Allocate work according to project priorities and deadlines Ensure proper handling of electrical tools equipment and materials Monitor progress and report daily status to Electrical Operations Manager

Installation amp Execution

Oversee electrical installations including temporary and permanent wiring power distribution lighting panels and DBs Ensure installations comply with approved technical drawings specifications and client requirements Conduct testing commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical systems Coordinate with technical and production teams for design clarifications

Quality amp Safety

Conduct quality checks on completed electrical work before handover Ensure strict adherence to electrical safety standards and PPE usage Identify hazards and implement corrective measures Maintain a clean organized and safe working environment

Team Management

Lead guide and mentor electrical staff Monitor attendance performance and discipline of team members Provide on-the-job training to improve technical skills Promote teamwork and effective coordination within the department

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 4 7 years of experience in electrical installation and supervision events exhibitions fit-out or construction Proven experience in supervising electricians and electrical technicians Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings load schedules and layouts Knowledge of temporary and permanent power systems Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations is preferred
