Site Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily site activities coordinate workers monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed safely and according to project requirements. The successful candidate will coordinate with project managers contractors suppliers and site workers to maintain quality standards meet deadlines and ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to project plans and schedules.
  
• Coordinate and allocate tasks to workers subcontractors and site personnel.
  
• Monitor project progress and report updates to the Project Manager or management.
  
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings specifications and quality standards.
  
• Monitor the availability and use of materials tools and equipment at the site.
  
• Coordinate material deliveries and report shortages or delays.
  
• Enforce site safety procedures and ensure workers use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  
• Conduct regular site inspections and report defects delays or other issues.
  
• Maintain daily site reports attendance records work progress records and relevant documentation.
  
• Coordinate with engineers contractors suppliers and other project stakeholders.
  
• Identify operational problems and assist in resolving site-related issues.
  
• Monitor housekeeping and ensure the work area remains safe and organized.
  
• Support quality checks and ensure corrective actions are completed when required.
  
• Attend site meetings and communicate project requirements to the workforce.
  
• Perform other site supervision duties assigned by management.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  
• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction or site operations role is preferred.
  
• Good understanding of site operations work schedules and construction procedures.
  
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project specifications where required.
  
• Knowledge of workplace health safety and quality standards.
  
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to monitor work progress and meet project deadlines.
  
• Familiarity with site reports attendance records and material tracking.
  
• Ability to coordinate effectively with workers contractors engineers and management.
  
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is an advantage.
  
• Willingness to work on-site and travel between project locations when required.
  
• Ability to work full-time in Dubai UAE.
  
• Must meet any applicable site access safety training and role-specific regulatory requirements.
