Social Media & Content Marketing Executive

We're a Doha-based consumer platform (app and website) working with local businesses across Qatar. We're looking for a Qatar-based marketing executive to run our Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp channel content, starting with a paid one-month trial and moving to an ongoing monthly engagement if it works. Full details about the company will be shared with shortlisted candidates. You must be living in Qatar. Part of the work is shooting short phone videos at partner businesses' locations in Doha, so we can't consider applicants based elsewhere.

What you'll do

• Visit partner businesses in Doha to shoot short phone footage
• Turn that footage into Reels, TikToks, carousels and Stories (editing, captions, on-screen text, covers), in our brand style
• Adapt content for TikTok
• Write and schedule a weekly WhatsApp channel message
• Keep a weekly content calendar for both platforms
• Draft captions and replies in English; Arabic is a plus

What we're looking for

• Based in Qatar
• 2+ years running Instagram and TikTok for a consumer brand, app or agency, ideally in the GCC
• You edit your own short-form video and design posts
• A portfolio with at least three Reels or TikToks you made yourself
• Clear English writing, fast turnaround, comfortable with short feedback cycles

Trial (fixed price, one month)

Four business visits in Doha, then from that footage and the details we provide: 8 short videos (published to both Instagram and TikTok), 12 posts, 8 Story sequences and 4 weekly WhatsApp messages, delivered on a weekly calendar.

Contract

If the trial goes well, we move to an ongoing monthly contract at the same scope.
