Social Media Execuitve at Euro Staffs

Job Purpose

The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing and developing the hotel's social media presence, creating engaging content, increasing online visibility, promoting hotel services and offers, and maintaining a positive brand image across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the hotel's official social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Eurostaffs, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, photographs, captions, and promotional materials.
• Promote hotel rooms, restaurants, F&B outlets, events, promotions, packages, and special offers.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Kitchen, Sales, and Management to collect relevant content and updates.
• Take photographs and videos of hotel facilities, food, events, guest experiences, and promotional activities.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, reviews, and customer interactions on social media.
• Respond to social media enquiries professionally and redirect booking or service-related enquiries to the appropriate department.
• Maintain consistent hotel branding, tone, and visual standards across all platforms.
• Research current social media trends, hashtags, audio, content formats, and hospitality marketing ideas.
• Increase followers, engagement, reach, and online visibility through organic and paid campaigns.
• Coordinate with external photographers, videographers, influencers, agencies, and marketing partners when required.
• Assist in planning and promoting hotel events, seasonal campaigns, festivals, and special occasions.
• Monitor competitors' social media activities and identify relevant market trends.
• Prepare regular social media performance reports covering reach, engagement, followers, views, enquiries, and campaign performance.
• Support the Sales & Marketing team with digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Ensure that all published content is accurate and approved by the relevant management before posting.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding hotel operations, guests, employees, and company information.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Good content creation and storytelling skills.
• Photography and basic videography skills.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate new content ideas.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
• Ability to write attractive captions and promotional content.
• Good knowledge of hashtags, trends, reels, stories, and short-form video content.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Hospitality or hotel marketing knowledge is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Hospitality Management, Media, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
• Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong social media portfolios may also be considered.

Compensation & Location

• Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
