Social Media Executive

We are seeking an experienced and independently driven Social Media Executive to own the social media presence of multiple entities operating under our group. The role is responsible for platform governance, content strategy, hands-on content production (including shooting and editing), community management, campaign execution, and performance reporting across all group brands. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can conceptualise, shoot, edit, and publish content independently, while also managing overall social strategy, competitor intelligence, and analytics across multiple accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Own platform and account governance across all group entities, including access management, bio/profile optimisation, link-in-bio management, pinned content, verification, and platform policy compliance.
• Ensure brand governance across all accounts — correct brand voice, visual identity, logo usage, terminology, and consistent messaging across multiple brand/entity handles under the group.
• Develop platform-specific strategies for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other channels for each entity within the group.
• Build and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly content calendars aligned with each entity's business priorities, defining content pillars, formats, audiences, and objectives.
• Independently generate content ideas, write scripts/hooks and storyboards, and shoot and edit short-form and long-form video content without relying solely on external production support.
• Source content by working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Product, Legal, HR, and Leadership to turn business updates, FAQs, launches, and thought leadership into social-first content.
• Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, interviews, PR, blogs) into multiple social assets tailored to each platform rather than simply cross-posting.
• Run continuous experimentation on hooks, formats, and CTAs, and stay current on platform algorithm changes, emerging creator styles, and trending formats.
• Manage video production end-to-end: shot lists, interview questions, thumbnails, on-screen copy, captions/subtitles, editing briefs and retention analysis.
• Implement social SEO across platforms, including keyword-rich captions, hashtag strategy, YouTube/Instagram/TikTok search optimisation and thumbnail optimisation.
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, mentions and tags across all platforms in the correct brand voice; identify and escalation negative sentiment within agreed timelines.
• Maintain a creator/UGC database, identify user-generated content opportunities, and develop customer success stories and testimonials.
• Identify high-intent comments/DMs, route qualified enquiries to Sales, and track social-generated leads and social-assisted conversions in coordination with performance marketing.
• Plan and deliver quarterly social-led marketing campaigns, coordinating organic and paid social, influencers/creators, and platform-specific messaging from teaser through to reminder content.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports covering awareness, engagement, content quality, growth, and commercial impact metrics, with clear recommendations.
• Systematically track competitor content, posting frequency, campaigns, and audience reactions, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in social media management, with at least 2 years of experience in the UAE market.
• CSP (Corporate Service Provider) industry experience strongly preferred.
• Prior experience managing social media for multiple entities or brands under a group/holding company structure is required.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently — including shooting video content, generating content ideas, and publishing content without heavy reliance on external creative resources
• Strong working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, along with native video shooting/editing tools and social analytics platforms.
