We are looking for a Social Media & Growth Strategist to develop and execute growth strategies across social media platforms and help our clients increase reach, engagement, audience growth, and conversions. Key Responsibilities Develop social media growth strategies for different brands and industries. Analyze audience behavior, competitors, trends, and platform performance. Build content strategies based on business goals and audience insights. Monitor Reach, Views, Retention, Engagement, Shares, Saves, and Follower Growth. Develop and manage content experiments to identify high-performing formats and topics. Identify trends and opportunities for organic growth. Work closely with content creators, video producers, SEO specialists, and account managers. Prepare performance reports and recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements Experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing. Strong understanding of Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Facebook, and short-form content. Strong analytical and strategic thinking. Understanding of social media algorithms and audience behavior. Ability to turn data into actionable growth strategies. Knowledge of AI-powered content and marketing tools is a plus. Preferred Candidates with a proven record of growing social media accounts or improving organic reach are highly preferred.
