Responsibilities:

• Develop and drive social media strategies for multiple brands across platforms.
• Own monthly/quarterly content calendars, content pillars and social narratives.
• Lead ideation and execution of social-first campaigns, digital activations and real-time content opportunities.
• Identify relevant trends, cultural moments and conversations and translate them into brand-relevant opportunities.
• Work closely with designers, copywriters, creators and other creative teams to develop platform-first content.
• Manage end-to-end publishing, scheduling and content governance across different social platforms.
• Track and analyze social performance and prepare monthly/quarterly reports with clear insights, learnings and recommendations.
• Use performance data and audience behavior to continuously optimize content and social strategy.
• Present ideas, strategies, calendars and performance reports to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior team members and ensure quality and timely delivery of work.

• Strong Social Media Strategy & Planning across multiple platforms.
• Excellent content ideation and storytelling skills.
• Short format copywriting for brands
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytics and reporting skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent client and stakeholder management skills.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Education: B.A. in Creative Writing, Communication Arts, or equivalent.
• Experience working in a digital ad agency
