Social Media Manager at Beverly Hills Maintenance

Job Summary

Location: Doha, DAW, QA.

This Full time on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-oriented Social Media Manager to manage our clients’ social media presence, execute organic and paid campaigns, respond to customer enquiries, monitor website activity, and prepare detailed monthly performance reports. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of social media platforms, paid advertising tools, content planning, community management, website monitoring, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars.
• Schedule and publish organic content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Eurostaffs, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
• Ensure all posts are published accurately, on time, and according to the approved content calendar.
• Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and account managers.
• Write or review captions, hashtags, headlines, and call-to-action messages.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and communication across all platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.

Paid Campaign Management

• Plan, create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Eurostaffs, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Define campaign objectives, target audiences, budgets, placements, and campaign duration.
• Monitor campaigns daily and optimise them to improve reach, engagement, leads, conversions, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct audience, creative, placement, and A/B testing.
• Track advertising budgets and ensure campaigns remain within the approved budget.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to obtain campaign materials and approvals.
• Install and monitor tracking tools such as Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and conversion tags where applicable.

Community and Enquiry Management

• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, reviews, and enquiries across all social media platforms.
• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries generated through both paid and organic campaigns.
• Share qualified leads with the relevant client or internal team for follow-up.
• Maintain an enquiry and lead-tracking report.
• Follow up with the responsible teams to ensure customer enquiries are addressed.
• Escalate complaints, sensitive comments, or reputation-related matters immediately.
• Hide, report, or manage spam and inappropriate comments according to approved guidelines.
• Maintain a professional and positive online presence for every assigned brand.

Website Monitoring

• Monitor company and client websites regularly to ensure content, contact details, offers, links, forms, and landing pages are working correctly.
• Check website enquiries and ensure they are forwarded to the appropriate team.
• Coordinate updates to website banners, campaigns, news, products, and other content.
• Identify broken links, outdated information, technical issues, or missing content and report them promptly.
• Monitor website traffic, user behaviour, enquiries, and conversions using relevant analytics tools.
• Work with developers or technical teams to resolve website-related issues.

Reporting and Analysis

• Prepare detailed monthly social media and digital campaign reports.
• Report on organic performance, paid campaign performance, website traffic, enquiries, leads, and conversions.
• Track key metrics, including reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, clicks, cost per click, cost per lead, conversion rate, and return on advertising spend.
• Compare monthly performance against previous periods and agreed targets.
• Highlight key achievements, challenges, audience insights, and areas for improvement.
• Provide clear recommendations for the following month’s content and campaign strategy.
• Present campaign results to management and clients when required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in social media management and digital advertising.
• Experience working in an advertising or digital marketing agency will be an advantage.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Eurostaffs Campaign Manager, and social media scheduling tools.
• Good understanding of paid media, lead generation, audience targeting, remarketing, tracking, and campaign optimisation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, deadlines, and approval processes simultaneously.
• Strong reporting, analytical, organisational, and customer-service skills.
