The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes the internet — someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, engage, share and remember a brand.

You’ll own Fraganote’s social media presence end-to-end, from strategy and content planning to execution, community building and performance tracking.

What You'll Do

• Build and execute Fraganote’s social media strategy across Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Develop monthly/weekly content calendars aligned with brand, product and business priorities.
• Identify trends, formats, memes, cultural moments and conversations that Fraganote can organically participate in.
• Work closely with the creative, content, influencer and marketing teams to develop high-performing social-first content.
• Conceptualise Reels, carousels, static posts, stories and interactive formats that drive engagement and brand love.
• Ensure the brand maintains a consistent yet fresh tone of voice and visual identity across social platforms.
• Lead day-to-day social media execution, including posting, scheduling, captions, hashtags and community management .
• Monitor comments, DMs and conversations to build an active and engaged Fraganote community.
• Track and analyse social media performance, identify insights and continuously optimise the content strategy.
• Stay updated on Instagram trends, algorithms, emerging creators, internet culture and new content formats.
• Collaborate with creators and influencers wherever required to amplify social-first campaigns.
• Take ownership of social media growth, engagement and overall brand presence.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably with a D2C, beauty, fashion, lifestyle or consumer brand.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and social-first content ecosystems .
• Excellent understanding of Gen-Z/internet culture and trending content formats .
• Strong creative instinct with the ability to turn an idea into compelling social content.
• Good copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Ability to balance brand building with performance and growth metrics .
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with social media insights and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Someone who is proactive, curious, plugged into culture and obsessed with great content.
